Custom Designed Vacations

Our staff includes agents who specialize in custom-designing an itinerary to meet your interests, your travel schedule and your budget. These agents have spent years becoming proficient in knowledge of the areas and have visited the destinations several times over the years in order to maintain that proficiency.

A custom-designed vacation starts with a discussion between the travelers and our destination specialist. The consultant will discuss your interests, time frame, and budget. Based on that information they will make suggestions and recommendations concerning the proposed trip.

The consultant will also discuss with the travelers the consultants qualifications and background in the destination in question.

If both parties agree to continue, a $150 deposit on the travel planning function will be required. This will cover the initial trip proposal and will be applied to the booking if the client agrees to proceed. The deposit is non-refundable if the travelers decide not to proceed.

Upon completion of the planning function, the consultant will provide a summary of the itinerary. At this point, no reservations have been made. If the client decides to proceed, a second deposit will be required to hold reservations. This second deposit may or may not be refundable based on the supplier requirements but the consultant will advise you of cancellation policies.

If, upon the submission of the original summary itinerary, the client wants changes made, the consultant will make the changes without additional funds being required. If additional changes are required beyond this, an additional non-refundable deposit will be required.

The final itinerary we prepare will include all air arrangements, cruise bookings, hotel reservations, private and other transfers, car rentals, contact information, sightseeing reservations. It will also include restaurant and sightseeing suggestions and much, much more. Obviously what it will include will be dependent on the arrangements we have made for you.
